What is Conclave?
Each year, all three lodges in Section W-1S gather for a weekend of training, fellowship, shows, and fun at the annual conclave. Arrowmen will have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other Arrowmen from around the section and learn new skills to improve their Scouting and Order of the Arrow programs.

Very Important Arrowman (VIA)
What is a VIA?
A VIA is an Arrowman who has attended his or her Ordeal induction since the last conclave.
What is the benefit of attending conclave as a new Arrowman?
There are several. New Arrowmen get a $5 discount on their conclave registration. There are also special events just for VIA’s such as the VIA Luncheon. Learn more about opportunities for new Arrowmen at conclave HERE.
Conclave Training
Saturday morning is filled with training in a variety of topics including ceremonies, leadership, communications, crafts, and fun skills. Every Arrowman who attends training during all three sessions can earn a “degree” at the Ktemaque University.
