Conclave Memorobilia Auction
Greetings Patrons, Past, Present, & Future,
First, I would like to say thank you to all of you who helped to make the Section W-1A auction
a success in the past! If it wasn't for all that you have done in the past, W-1A would not
be as prosperous as it is today. Without this support, THE WEST would not be THE BEST!
As an incentive and a thank you, W-1A is proud to announce there are 3 programs to help
support Section W-1A this year. The first is the Patron Patch Program. This is for adults
who donate $300 or more, or youth who donate $150 or more in items for the section auction.
Also, Patrons who donate to the auction will automatically receive a Donor's Patch. There
are 25 Adult and 5 Youth slots available. I will need your confirmation no later than August
23rd.
The second incentive is the Donor's Patch Program, for those adults who donate $30 or more,
or $20 for youth in items or cash to the auction. The Donor Patch will not be in the sets
that are sold in the trading post. To complete the set please donate to the auction.
The third incentive, and NEW PROGRAM this year is called The Guardian Patch
Program. The Guardian program is for adults who spend $1,000 or more in the auction, and
for Youth who spends $500 or more in the auction.
Last year we had 425 items cataloged before Conclave! That allowed us to catalog those items
that came into Conclave on Friday night, (about 450 additional). Now you see just how large
the Section W-1A auction has become! Remember that donated items can be: money, patches,
services, and memorabilia. Don't forget there is a Youth-only auction table too!
Getting your items in early allows the Auction committee to enjoy a little of Conclave too!
Please don't delay, and get your items in today! Help us keep Section W-1A the Largest
Conclave in the Western Region!
Again, to make sure there is no confusion Patrons donate items to the auction and Guardians
spend money at the Auction. We are asking you to please look into your hearts, collections,
closets, garages, etc. and see what you can donate to Section W-1A this year. The goal is for
our Section to put on the largest Conclave Auction in the Western Region, and allowing us to
continue the great level of support to our youth. With your help, we can ensure that our
Youth are able to do more and to continue to make Section W-1A the best. The more of you that
attend Conclave, the better chance we all have to have fun at THE BEST CONCLAVE EVER!
