What is Conclave?
What is it?
Conclave is the biggest and best Scouting event of the entire year,
and it's something that you don't want to miss! It's a gathering of OA members from
the three lodges in Section W-1S. Over 500 Arrowmen will converge upon Camp Baker
for a weekend of fun and everything OA. Here is a sampling of some of the awesome

Who should go?
Every OA member in Section W-1s is welcome to attend. We want adults and youth to come--
there are activities for everyone.
When and where is it?
September 10-12, 2010 at Willamette Pass Ski Resort near Odell Lake in Oregon. Plan to arrive on Friday between
6 pm and 9 pm (before the Opening Show) and to leave on Sunday by 11 am.
How much does it cost?
The $35.00 early registration fee for pre-registered members covers a weekend of food, from Friday
Crackerbarrel to Sunday Breakfast. It also covers all activities throughout the entire
weekend. Register by August 10 to get the $35 rate, otherwise it goes up to $40 after then, and is $45 on-site.
If you attended your Ordeal in the last year, you'll only pay $35 regardless of when you register.
Do I need to bring anything?
Be sure to bring a tent, sleeping bag, insect repellent, toiletries, money (for the trading post),
patches (for trading), small camp chair or blanket (for outdoor shows seating),
and your full uniform and sash.
This is my first Conclave... I deserve special treatment!

Can I be on staff?
Of course! We're always looking for staff members and Service Corps members. For more

Will there be a religious service?
Yes, there will be a Scout's Own Service and an LDS Sacrament Service before departure
on Sunday.
