Conclave 2013 is going to be filled with fun for everyone! Here is the most important information you need to know so that you don't miss it:
How to Sign Up:
A weekend full of a wide range of activites, great food, training courses and shows. All of which share the same goal of uniting us in brotherhood! This year is not a year to miss out on!
What to Bring?
For a great weekend we recommend bringing the following:
Tour Permits and Travel
Please make sure to abide by the Guide to Safe Scouting and file any local or national tour permits for travel to and from Conclave. Any questions can be directed to Dan Hunker our Section Adviser
You will be directed by Conclave signage and members of Chief's Corps in sashes and reflective vests where to park. There are other events going on at the other end of the fairgrounds with respective parking areas, so please keep in mind that parking for Conclave attendees is free only in the lots designated by Chief's Corps. For those with trailers you will be directed on where to park for free as well. There is an RV park with utilities, but you will have pay the fairgrounds a usage fee
Camping & Facilities
Tent camping will be the main form of sleeping accommodation at Conclave and during check-in you will be directed where to stay. Those with CPAPs, special needs, and females will have different accommodations and will be directed during check-in. Those who plan on bringing a trailer or camper are welcome to use them. Attendees are prohibited per fairground
We ask that as Arrowmen we observe quiet hours from and Conclave Central and the Trading Post will be cleared each night
This year at Conclave individuals and teams are invited to perform any ceremony or part for evaluation afternoon. Feedback and coaching will be provided by advisers from around the Northwest and nation and those who qualify will earn Section Honors. Sign ups will be during Check-In night
Conclave Texting Group
You can opt into our Conclave Texting Group and receive info throughout the weekend as well as be entered into raffles to win cool prizes! All you have to do is text Conclave to 90210 and make sure to bring your phone this weekend. This will be used in conjunction with other communications for last minute updates
Brotherhood @ Conclave
All three Lodges will be offering Brotherhood Conversion and all those who have been Ordeal for 10 months are welcome to seal their membership. Check with Conclave HQ and sign up. Note that Brotherhood does have a $15 fee
Auction & Trading Post
Silent auctions will begin night shortly after check-in opens and will run throughout the weekend. If you would like to donate to the section auction all patch, camping gear, and scouting memorabilia is excepted and donors will be recognized. The Trading Post will be have Section and Region merchandise as well as food and drink for purchase
Breakfast will be served following a brief inter-faith Scout's Own Service . Following that all attendees are welcome to depart after picking up their training degree and any auction items. Those who would like to leave early need to coordinate with Dan
